Dear Members!

There are several announcements I must share.

I would like to draw the attention of all our members to the change in the rules adopted by the Board of Directors, according to which our members who do not participate in volunteer work will be asked to pay a job replacement fee from the 2022 season onward.  All our members undertook the assignment of the Hungarian Day volunteer work and two more days.  Pensioners, ailing and remote members are exempt from this rule, based on an appeal based on difficulty. In addition to the kitchen duty opportunities, there are also a lot of maintenance projects and committee leaders often seek occasional help.   Anyone who fails to fulfill this obligation will be required to pay a daily replacement fee of $200 (up to a maximum of $600), which will be registered as a debt owed to their membership.

Keeping track of the volunteer work schedule and communicating with members is sometimes difficult. Therefore, the board is working diligently on the development of a website.  Members will be able to see the labor shortage, the list of volunteer job opportunities and may apply for volunteer work on this website once live. Until such notice, please continue to use Google Sheets or see a board member for guidance on how to sign up to help.

We have signed a contract with Vortex Tower LLC, and they are working on the construction of a mobile tower on the territory of the Tanya. The work will begin next year. The associated power supply system will help develop the Tanya’s network and provide it with income.

Tisztelt Tagság!

Minden tagunk figyelmét felhívom az igazgatóság által elfogadott szabály módosításra, miszerint a közmunkákban részt nem vevő tagjaink bírságot fizetnek az idei- 2022-es idénytől. Minden tagunk vállalta a Magyar Napi és még kettő napi beosztást. Nyugdíjasok és betegek vannak csak ez alól felmentve, nehézségeken alapuló fellebbezés alapján. A konyhai beosztás mellett sok karbantartási munka is van, ezen kívül a bizottságok vezetői is sokszor keresnek alkalmi segítséget. Aki nem teljesíti ezt a vállalt kötelességét, napi 200 dollár bírságot (maximum 600 dollárt) köteles befizetni, ami a tagságához csatolva tartozásként lesz nyilván tartva. Köszönjük a tagság figyelmét és együttműködését!
